3CORE runs a Small Business Disaster Interruption Loan Program for businesses unable to secure sufficient financing through Federal disaster programs or traditional banking channels. 3CORE also has a Business Resource Liaison program to connect businesses to various service providers based on specific business needs.
Alliance for Workforce Development (AFWD) offers training assistance for existing workforce, and recruitment assistance for additional staffing needs. AFWD also has wage reimbursement available towards the cost of training newly hired employees.
Butte College The Training Place provides COVID-19 customized workforce training and performance consulting based on needs. Training includes a remote worker series, managing virtual teams, essential business supervisor training, employee relations, labor law guidance, employer playbook training to manage physical distancing, traceability, and communication. Rapid re-employment skills training is also available.
Butte College SBDC provides business plan consultation for recovery and pivoting business models for success; financial projections and forecasting to access capital; planning and implementation for recovery; online marketing and website development to access customers online; and guidance on the implementation of SBA Disaster funds (PPP & EIDL) for maximum forgiveness, to meet SBA requirements, and for business sustainability and success.
The Chico Chamber provides up to date information for businesses in the areas of finance, Human Resources, legal landscape, customer outreach and engagement, marketing, and current city and county policies regarding COVID-19. The Chamber also has disposable surgical masks, hand sanitizer and signage available to businesses at no cost.

The Downtown Chico Business Association assists downtown businesses in navigating financial, legal, human resources, public health information and education, and local ordinances, policies and protocols. The DCBA also provides disposable masks, hand sanitizer, and signage to businesses at no cost. The DCBA can assist with the process of designating parking for curbside pick-up and creating temporary parklets for outdoor dining. The DCBA is also helping downtown businesses in creating an online presence and launching an online marketplace for all downtown businesses.

The Paradise Ridge Chamber of Commerce is providing face masks, hand sanitizer, and signage at no cost to businesses. PRCoC is providing information on financial tools, reopening guidelines,resources supporting remote work, and transitioning to online business models. PRCoC has upgraded their online business directory to optimize visibility and marketing potential for members and is promoting members and local organizations offering products or services to support reopening. PRCOC has also reopened the Ridge WorkSpace.
