Download and Complete the Credit Authorization Form

You'll be required to upload the completed Credit Authorization form.

Gather Supporting Documents

You'll be required to submit documents showing how your business was impacted by COVID-19. This could include past due billing/invoices or even written statements supporting the impact. You'll also need to upload a current business license if your business is located within the city limits of Chico, Oroville, Paradise, Gridley or Biggs.

Complete the Application

You'll be registered for an account on this website upon completing the application.

Upload Supporting Documents

After you've completed your application, you'll need to sign into your account and upload all required documents.

Once you've completed the process above, our team will review your application and send you an email with follow-up information. Please check your junk or spam folder as well.
